• Where is the store based?

• How One Caribbean United ​is adapting to Covid-19.

  One Caribbean United works with a fulfillment partner to print and ship our orders. We’re in regular communication with them for the latest updates of what’s going on. Our fulfillment partner is still operating and we’re continuing to accept orders. Fulfillment (up to 10 business days) and shipping (up to 7 business days) will take longer but your order will reach you. Your support means a lot to us, especially during this time.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic fulfillment time may be up to 10 business days before shipment. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Once your order has been fulfilled you will receive a notification with shipping information if applicable.

  Estimated shipping delivery times:

  USA: 5-7 business days

  Canada: 5-10 business days

  World: 10-20 business days

  Your order will be sent out on average within 3 business days after fulfillment.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Unfortunately the only places we will ship to right now outside of the United States because of the COVID-19 pandemic are: Canada, Puerto Rico and The U.S. Virgin Islands.
